IBEW Local Union 611 covers Inside Construction, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Outside Construction, Technical, Telephone, and Utility bargaining units.

Inside Construction. The agreement between IBEW Local Union 611, New Mexico Chapter NECA, U.S. Electrical Corporation, and KSL Services, covers the state of New Mexico for Inside Construction with the exception of Otero, Dona Ana, Luna and Hidalgo counties.  Our jurisdiction also covers Apache County in Arizona.

Manufacturing. IBEW Local Union 611 serves one (1) Manufacturing
Contract, Electrical Products of New Mexico (Zeon Signs) in Albuquerque.

Outside Construction. The Agreement between IBEW Local Union 611 Outside Construction and Southwestern Line Constructors Chapter NECA covers the entire state of New Mexico.

Technical. IBEW Local Union 611 serves four (4) Government Service Contracts: Chugach at Engle near T or C; KSL Services Maintenance in Los Alamos; Lockheed Martin at the TARS Site near Deming; and Northrop Grumman at the Stallion Site near Socorro.

Telephone. IBEW Local Union 611 serves one (1) Telephone Cooperative,
La Jicarita in Mora, NM.

Utilities. The Utility Bargaining Units include Bureau of Reclamation in
Elephant Butte; Central New Mexico Cooperative in Moriarty and Mountainair; City of Carlsbad; City of Farmington; Continental Divide Electric Cooperative, Inc., in Grants and Gallup; Jemez Mountains Electric Cooperative, Inc., in Cuba, Espanola, and Jemez Springs; Kit Carson Electric Cooperative, Inc., in Taos; Los Alamos County, in Los Alamos, NM; Mora-San Miguel Electric Cooperative, Inc., in Mora, Las Vegas, and Pecos; Wright Tree Service, Inc., in Albuquerque; Trees Inc., in Albuquerque and Public Service Company of New Mexico Electric in Albuquerque, Belen, Bernalillo, Blackwater, Deming, Las Vegas, and Santa Fe. PNM also includes San Juan Power Plant in Farmington.
